Refund Policy

Our organization WELLAX gives top priority to customer satisfaction. Hence, we have adopted a simple and customer friendly policy for service returns.

1. Refund is only applicable in case the service has not been taken by the client. For services that has been taken or attended by the client, there may not be a refund.
2. For most of the services Wellax require an advanced booking and/or payment. In those cases, client has to cancel the service or booking within the given deadline. If the cancellation is done after the given deadline, the booking money may not be refundable. Clients will find the cancellation & refund policy for each service on our Apps and Website while booking a service or making advanced payment.
3. For services that include VAT, Wellax may not refund the VAT amount while making the refund (if Wellax already paid the VAT to government).
4. In case of any refund, client needs to submit a refund request through our Call Center or Email us to the designated email ID, with proof of Booking, Proof of Payment, and, Order Number.
5. Most of the refunds are processed within seven (7) working days from the Wellax’s part, once the client provides us with all required documents and information. However, the related bank or payment gateway may take more time according to their own policy. If the client fails to provide Wellax with required information or documents, the refund may take more time or even the refund request may get cancelled by Wellax.
6.In case of products, the refund policy also includes the return of product within the given period of time, and the product condition needs to remain intact.

আমাদের প্রতিষ্ঠান WELLAX গ্রাহকদের সন্তুষ্টি সর্বোচ্চ অগ্রাধিকার দেয়। তাই, আমরা সেবা রিটার্নের ক্ষেত্রে একটি সহজ এবং গ্রাহকবান্ধব নীতিমালা গ্রহণ করেছি।

১। রিফান্ড শুধুমাত্র সেই ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য যে পরিষেবাটি ক্লায়েন্ট দ্বারা নেওয়া হয়নি৷ ক্লায়েন্ট দ্বারা নেওয়া বা অংশগ্রহণ করা পরিষেবাগুলির জন্য, একটি ফেরত নাও হতে পারে।
২। বেশিরভাগ পরিষেবার জন্য Wellax-এর একটি অ্যাডভান্স বুকিং এবং/অথবা পেমেন্ট প্রয়োজন৷ এই ক্ষেত্রে, ক্লায়েন্টকে নির্দিষ্ট সময়সীমার মধ্যে পরিষেবা বা বুকিং বাতিল করতে হবে। প্রদত্ত সময়সীমার পরে বাতিল করা হলে, বুকিং মানি ফেরতযোগ্য নাও হতে পারে। ক্লায়েন্টরা আমাদের অ্যাপস এবং ওয়েবসাইটে প্রতিটি পরিষেবার জন্য নির্দিষ্ট বাতিলকরণ এবং ফেরত নীতি খুঁজে পাবেন যখন একটি পরিষেবা বুকিং বা অগ্রিম অর্থপ্রদান করার সময়।
৩। ভ্যাট অন্তর্ভুক্ত পরিষেবাগুলির জন্য, রিফান্ড করার সময় Wellax VAT এর পরিমাণ ফেরত নাও দিতে পারে (যদি Wellax ইতিমধ্যে সরকারকে VAT প্রদান করে থাকে)।
৪। কোনো রিফান্ডের ক্ষেত্রে, ক্লায়েন্টকে আমাদের কল সেন্টারের মাধ্যমে একটি রিফান্ডের অনুরোধ জমা দিতে হবে বা বুকিং, পেমেন্টের প্রমাণ এবং অর্ডার নম্বরের প্রমাণ সহ মনোনীত ইমেল আইডিতে আমাদের ইমেল করতে হবে।
৫। ক্লায়েন্ট আমাদের সমস্ত প্রয়োজনীয় নথি এবং তথ্য সরবরাহ করার পরে, বেশিরভাগ রিফান্ডগুলি Wellax-এর অংশ থেকে সাত (7) কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে প্রক্রিয়া করা হয়। তবে সংশ্লিষ্ট ব্যাংক বা পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ে তাদের নিজস্ব নীতি অনুযায়ী আরও সময় নিতে পারে। যদি ক্লায়েন্ট প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য বা নথিপত্রের সাথে Wellax প্রদান করতে ব্যর্থ হয়, তাহলে টাকা ফেরত পেতে আরও সময় লাগতে পারে বা এমনকি রিফান্ডের অনুরোধও Wellax দ্বারা বাতিল হয়ে যেতে পারে।
৬। পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে, প্রদত্ত সময়ের মধ্যে পণ্য ফেরত দেওয়ার নীতিটিও অন্তর্ভুক্ত করে এবং পণ্যের অবস্থা অক্ষত থাকতে হবে।
